Known for its made-from-scratch food, signature 29° beers, and “scenic” views, Twin Peaks is a popular restaurant franchise that goes beyond your typical sports bar. The second you step inside, you’re instantly transported to an environment reminiscent of a comfortable cabin in the mountains.
This “lodge mantality,” as they call it, was important for new franchise owners to maintain as the restaurant chain grew and new locations began sprouting up across the country. That’s when Ansara Restaurant Group, the parent company of Twin Peaks, reached out to Northern Log Supply to help them build new locations as well as convert existing restaurants into Twin Peaks and create that lodge feel within their restaurants.
